Coffin/media decision is made

The Secretary of Defense has made his decision. He has determined, after much discussion, that the families should have the right to make the final decision whether to allow the media access to Dover AFB.

In his words:

I have decided that the decision regarding media coverage of the dignified transfer process at Dover should be made by those most directly affected: on an individual basis by the families of the fallen. We ought not presume to make that decision in their place.

We asked earlier this week how you felt, but now tell us how you and your family feel about the Secretary of Defense’s conclusion?
